Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned. Sale and discounted items are also final sale.
How to Return
Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will take it from there.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges
Received a defective or damaged item? Let us know within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange an exchange right away.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival.
